I had what I thought was only frozen pipes at a rental property. Mike arrived on short notice in 5 degree weather, diagnosed the issue, found a second issue, fixed both, kept me in the loop the entire time, and insulated everything to prevent future issues. I'm very happy with his work! Highly recommended!

Mike came to repair the delaminated concrete on my front staircase. Also there was some big cracks on the back staircase that he filled with a urethane sealant to prevent water seepage. Job well done and would use his services in the future!!!
