Introduction: I have been doing plumbing heating and cooling for 28 years. I have been the technical trainer for several companies. I also teach plumbing for the state of NH. I love the feeling when I leave a customers home, and restored what ever system was "out of commission". Knowing that it's one less problem for them to deal with.

I have had this company come out to my property to fix a few issues that had occurred over the past two years. They do an outstanding job, are very professional, honest, easy to work with, and always get the job done right at a reasonable price! I had called them last summer when my AC unit was having trouble and I knew it was about time to get a new one, as well as a few weeks ago when I had a leaking hot water heater, which needed to be replaced. Instead of calling multiple companies out of for different types of issues that arise at my home, its nice to know that I can call Penguin out for any sort of plumbing, heating, or cooling problem because they are certified and knowledgable to do it all, and I know I can trust them and rely on them to do a great job while providing me with great customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone in the valley, and I will continue to use their services because I feel that they truly care about helping me get my home back to normal in a quick and proper manner with zero issues whatsoever.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a master plumber. He taught me, my twin brother, and my older brother the trade when we were young. The master plumbing licence I now have is my father's when he was in the trade. He willed it to me.
