- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultations are free and typically take about an hour. After that meeting I will provide a quote and engagement letter. Services may be hourly at $50 - $60 per hour; or clients may be charged at a flat rate for weekly, biweekly or monthly services. Flat rate is dependent upon level of service and can range from $200 - $1,000 per month for ongoing work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically an initial phone consultation, which is always free. If the conversation goes well I will send an engagement letter specifying deliverables and pricing structure. Once the client signs the engagement letter the work will begin.

Certified QuickBooks Pro, and thirty years of doing the work in the trenches.
