What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing depends on the service we offer multiple solutions to plumbing problems from drain cleaning machines to repipes and service work all have different prices . I’m always looking for a reason to give a discount so tell me something you think you deserve a discount for I’m usually most happy to oblige!!! Military, senior, first responders, teachers or any other reason just ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we will have a talk about what the project entails and a time frame for what is needed. From there we will schedule a time or do an emergency service to complete the project. Once project is completed we collect payment and ask for a review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of schooling and 10 years experience and I’m still constantly learning that’s the best part you can never know everything about plumbing
