I highly recommend working with NH Dry Basements. Joe and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with! Joe answered all of my questions (some of which were very basic as I'm a new homeowner) with patience, understanding, and thoughtfulness.When his team arrived to do the work on my basement, they were also incredible to work with! Very respectful and friendly, and they made accommodations to make it a seamless experience for me and my dog. They worked quickly, and walked me through everything they had done so I understood it. The work was done with care and it looked fantastic. They went above and beyond by setting up my dehumidifier to drain into the pump directly--now I don't have to empty it every day going up and down the stairs.I truly appreciated the work NH Dry Basement did for me, especially for everything they did to go the extra mile. I felt like they were truly invested in making my life better and easier. Thank you so much Joe and team!
