- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a few different pricing models depending on the size of the property and the services required. We would be happy to discuss these options during our initial call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin the process by having a quick chat to discuss the needs of our client to make sure that we are a good fit for each other. Once we make sure there is a good fit, we set up a time to view the property. At this meeting, we provide an in depth rental analysis, a management agreement for you to review and answer any questions you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15+ years of experience in all things property management. Having worked for large corporations, as well as private owners/investors, we have a wide array of knowledge in all aspects of residental property management and the needs and services that come with it.
