FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$0 upfront buyer consultation. Buyer-agent compensation is typically addressed through the transaction and will be reviewed clearly before showings or offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a no-pressure conversation so I can understand what you are looking for, your timeline, budget, preferred neighborhoods, and what matters most to you in a home. Since I know Nashua and the surrounding Southern New Hampshire market well, I’ll also help you narrow in on areas, price ranges, taxes, commute considerations, resale value, and anything that may affect your decision. From there, I’ll walk you through the buying process step by step so you know exactly what to expect before we begin looking at homes. I’ll explain how buyer representation works, how agent compensation is handled, and what information we will know before viewing properties or submitting an offer. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and never surprised. Once we know your goals, I help you get prepared by discussing financing or pre-approval, setting up a focused home search, and identifying homes that truly fit your needs rather than wasting your time. When we tour homes, I don’t just open the door. I point out positives, potential concerns, market value, resale considerations, inspection items, and how each property compares to others in the area. When you find the right home, I help you structure a strong offer, negotiate terms, coordinate inspections, stay on top of deadlines, and guide you through the entire transaction from offer to closing. With decades of experience, I know how important it is to protect my buyers while also helping them make confident decisions. My approach is honest, responsive, and hands-on. I want every buyer I work with to feel that they have an experienced local advocate on their side, not just someone sending listings.
