Greg was very kind to check out our issues and give us a free estimate. Though we aren’t able to go forward with our plan to mitigate mold at this time, he also gave us a recommendation on something we can do ourselves to temporarily help the problem until we can fix the bigger issue. We use a program called Xactimate for billing. It is an insurance based program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to the customers location to do an inspection and find the source of the problem. I then explain my process on how we would remediate the problem. I try to explain every detail of the work to be preformed.
