Greg responded to my request within minutes and then arrived at my father's home within an hour. His team was able to clean out a finished basement with significant water damage in a day only a couple days after the initial consultation. Greg also handled much of the communication with the insurance company. I can't recommend this company enough if you need water damage restoration.

A flash flood did our finished basement in. Greg came in for water and mold mitigation the same day! All the damaged carpet tiles, molding, and drywall was out that afternoon. He left the job site as neat as I’ve ever seen a contractor leave one and used environmentally friendly products. Greg saved the day and answered all my questions. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a program called Xactimate for billing. It is an insurance based program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to the customers location to do an inspection and find the source of the problem. I then explain my process on how we would remediate the problem. I try to explain every detail of the work to be preformed.
