Work type
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We are a virtual office. This means that we do not have an office that we go to everyday. We all work from home, however we are able to meet with you where ever you would like to meet. We do have conference rooms which we use if we need to have a traditional meeting. Otherwise, we are more than happy to travel to you. In not paying rent for a traditional office, we are able to keep our costs low, therefore keeping our fees low as well. We do have all the technology of a traditional firm and are able to communicate quickly and efficiently.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$100 for annual registered agent fee, $300 for basic will and healthcare proxy, $999 for uncontested divorce (no children) $125 deed prep fee, $500 for LLC formation including bi-laws and operating agreement.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically like to either meet or have a call with my clients to discuss their needs and facts (I do not charge for this). After that, I send them a fee agreement outlining my terms and the scope of work. I then become available to answer calls, emails etc at most all times.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I take continuing education courses in all areas of the law on a yearly basis. If I have a case that I am not as familiar as I would like to be, I immediately take courses to make sure I am as resourceful as possible.
