- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a few different package options. The price for one individual private lesson is $75. If you enroll/pay for 2-3 lessons at one time the price per lesson is rated at $60 per lesson ($120/ 2 lessons or $180/3 lessons). If you enroll/pay for 4 or more lessons at one time the price per lesson is rated at $50 per lesson ($200/4 lessons etc.). All lessons are one hour. An initial consultation of up to one half hour and training notes for each session are included in all the options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 1/2 hour consult which can be done in person or over the phone. This helps me gain insight to my customers' needs and goals. From here I can devise a training plan and a recommended number of lessons to work towards their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I belong to APDT, Association of Professional Dog Trainers and they hold an annual conference as well as year round seminars.
