Typically ask for half down and half upon completion. Larger projects are broken into different pay schedules.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a free consultation at your home, where I listen to your ideas and get a feel for the space. I provide feedback and help you make plans at that meeting, then submit a free custom estimate following the meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18+ years of hands-on experience under established contractors and craftsmen.
