- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The potential customer and I first discuss what needs to be done, and then we settle on a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a series of questions about the care that is needed, whether it be just the house or the house and pets. I ask the customer to write down as much information about the house chores/pet routines as possible so that I can get a good picture of what will need to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience entails being a homeowner for almost 30 years and taking care of other peoples' pets for about five years.
