So happy we found and were able to book Josh and his team. We were fortunate enough to have them do multiple jobs for us all at once including leveling a complicated playground area with a wooden border, new front stairs and even install brand new storm doors ! Their attention to detail, craftsmanship and end products were so impressive, not to mention their punctuality, and friendliness!
Highly recommend Modernize IT and look forward to having them back next month to match our side deck area to our front steps! We love having them around and modernizing our fixer upper!

We received a few quotes to compare apples to apples. We evaluated all contractors on their approach, timeliness in providing an estimate and of course the estimate. Josh was on time (literally ON TIME) when arriving to our house to measure our basement floors (to provide the estimate), transparent in educating us on vinyl flooring. He assisted us in finding a quality yet budget friendly materials. The time frame to start and complete the work was exactly what he initially estimated. Josh is professional, timely, efficient and does amazing work. We are more than pleased with the outcome and look forward to hiring him for future projects. We strongly recommend!

We are fair with pricing and are around the middle of the road when it comes to price comparison to competitors. We offer superior quality, amazing service, and additional features which will show we are a better option overall.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We will conduct the consultation and look over materials, layout, and process
-We will provide a quote with a 3d render to visualize the project
-Once we get everything in order we then send you a contract with a start date.
-We handle all the permits and material ordering.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in Masters in Business Administration. I understand the critical connection between a business and the customers. I don’t run the business as a typical traditional “contractor”. This is one of our major advantages compared to other companies.
