I called Steve for three small but distinct projects that I initially assumed would be straightforward. Once the work began, it became clear that a significant amount of poorly executed DIY plumbing from a prior owner needed to be corrected. What appeared minor on the surface required thoughtful troubleshooting and proper remediation.
From the first contact, Steve and his coordinator were highly responsive. He met me the very next morning to assess the scope, which I appreciated given the number of projects I had happening simultaneously. When a few unexpected plumbing issues surfaced along the way, Steve handled them without hesitation. Communication was seamless throughout, and he was flexible in accommodating the evolving scope of work.
The quality of the work was top-notch, and pricing was fair and transparent. I’m grateful to have found a dependable plumber and would not hesitate to recommend Steve or hire him again.

Steve was extremely responsive during an emergency at my vacation home due to a water leak, came out assessed the damage and fixed the situation quickly, then came back to deliver a long-term fix including preventive maintenance on another piece that could have caused a similar issue.
His communication was excellent and I found the pricing to be extremely fair.
I highly recommend him for any plumbing work you have!
