Contracting shouldn't even be associated with his company's name. Hired for 3 projects and none have been completed since 6/20. He's quick to show up with plans, once money starts exchanging hands it's a different story. He doesn't have a problem taking money from an elderly couple and leaving them homeless.

Details: Complete home remodel • In-law unit or guest house • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Within the next 3 months

Owner's who are in there late 40's and not elderly. They recived a non-conforming letter from Town officall's. Owners wanted my company to continue the project without proper permits in place. We only do projects with the proper permits and contracts. Owner did not hold his side of contract. There is only one project and has you can see by the permit dated 10/13/20 it was not 6/20. The payment sechule we use is made to protect all parties involved and all payments are agreed upon. This is not the platform for this.

Each project is priced individually. We go over every detail with the customer to provide a accurate and detailed quote on every project. We work with all types of construction loans and are able to provide all necessary paperwork to your lender
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always prefer a onsite meeting to determine the needs and wants of the customer. At this point we try to give a rough cost to see if they are still interested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the contracting and building industry for over 35 years. We keep up to date on the latest building codes and use the best products for your project. All materials and vendors come from local suppliers.
