Great communication, He tried calling me at 10:30 pm because he saw I was online. I say tried because I gave him an old number by mistake, I then called him. We set a date and time between 9-10, on the day of he called saying he was running late, no problem he said he would be here by 11:00. They showed up at 11:15. Very professional, I got a quote right then and when I'm ready I will call back to have the work done. I'm very pleased.
