EAM was able to fix items that other contractor would not fix, which saved me a lot of money. They gave me professional information what improvements and remediations should be performed on the house and shed. Other than carpentry they also did painting jobs, metal roof replacement, sealing of cement blocks and preventing water intrusion into the shed. In other words they were advising me about everything that was needed for proper maintenance and executed the jobs perfectly and under time pressure, because the house is being rented. The management, the office and the field crew were all very easy to communicate with and eagerly did extra tasks that they were asked for.
