I had an extremely serious mold problem in my basement in Orford, NH after my basement was flooded and I did not take immediate action. Eventually I had to take action since the walls were covered with black-colored mold. Friends who knew about it were afraid to come into my house.
I got three estimates and went with John Wright of Kingdom Cleaners. Actually, his was not the cheapest estimate, but I immediately liked his manner, which was professional, concerned and very helpful with tips on wearing a face mask if I went into the basement.
After I hired him, he and a small crew immediately showed up and got to work. It was a project of a few weeks, having to take down the walls, etc., take out some of the plumbing, and then after sanitizing it. A major job. He kept right at it till it was done and I could breathe freely again. He showed up when he said he would and I didn't worry about anything during the project.
Two years later, I am mold free.
I would happily recommend John to anyone with a mold problem. He is easy to work with and keeps his word.
