I had the pleasure of working again with A 1 professional. They removed my rotting deck and replaced my deck with Trex decking. They took down the existing deck that was rotting and replaced it with Trex decking and installed lighted post. Then I had them do interior work and wanted my railing painted to a more modern color and added metal artwork to my railing. They did an amazing job. The workers asked if they could work Sunday to help me finish the job because I was on a time constraint. It looks amazing please see below.

Had some trouble with my deposit money initially not going through A-1's payment page, though the second attempt was accepted. Due to this initial trouble of your payment procedure, I'm praying that my deposit money is where it needed to go. Sending this much money online has me concerned, for I have been "duped" in the past. I am going to follow up with a phone call to A-1's Ed tomorrow.

Work on being reliable, prepared, and timely. My wife and I took out a $22,000 loan - in the middle of pregnancy - for these folks to build us a porch. They said 3 to 4 weeks and plans were not even drawn up over 3 months later. We believe they are good people, who just kept pushing us down the line for bigger project, and thats bad business. Communication was decent and they didn’t refund of money which was wonderful but overall, they just kept going back on their word and never progressed forward. It ended up costing us months of waisted time.
