Mr.Zak, has the integrity and honor of a military soldier with running his company, doing and amazing job paying tension to details treating his customers and employees with respect and gratitude. Mr.Zak put windows in my dwelling about a year ago that could not possibly look or function any better.I worked a few Jobs with Mr.Zak awhile back and got to see how he holds him Self, on a first hand basis.

Just a quick shout out to Zak Construction, Tim and his crew did an amazing job, well done! Exactly what we asked for! This crew was professional through the entire experience, showed up on time and when they said they would be there. Tim consulted with me for all detail questions and allowed me to customized the project to my preferences. He even offered to go above and beyond and out of his way to make sure I was going to be completely satisfied with the end results. I am very picky and I am not an easy customer but Tim handled everything with grace, patience and professionalism. All added costs were discussed and agreed upon in advance. There were no hidden charges even though the project took a few extra days than expected. I cannot say enough good things about this crew and their workmanship! Tim did not just do the minimum but went above and beyond to make sure that my inspector would be more than happy! The project included the removal of double windows and replaced it with a sliding glass door, as well as adding this beautiful second story deck. We are extremely happy with the end results and flawless drywall work, trim, and siding adjustments. We will be hiring his team again for a future project this summer. I would highly recommend Zak Construction to anyone!

    We have fair up front pricing for high quality work. We do take credit card payment but there is a 3.5% fee. Financing is availabl

    When we first meet a customer we ask for there full name, address, phone number, and email. We come out to look at the project and talk about details. We answer any questions they may have.
