Found Jesse on Thumbtack to renovate a workshop space behind my garage. The original space was dirty - old carpet, broken cabinets, and drywall with numerous holes and dings. Jesse responded very quickly and was able to get me a quote within a day to repair and repaint the walls, along with removing the carpet and installing hardwood. I found his workmanship to be exceptional, the space is truly transformed and went from a room I mostly avoided to using it daily. Looking forward to using Jesse again for any additional projects I have around the house!

Jesse did a great job handling some difficult door installations in a home that we recently moved into. We had ordered a slightly mis-sized door (based on the bad advice of another contractor), but Jesse worked through the issues and resized the opening so everything fit appropriately. He did some other work around the house with other doors as well and we were pleased.

I have a number of small projects that needed attention. Jesse came to my house to give an estimate. He provided me with an estimate in a timely fashion. He was able to complete the inside work in a day. Jesse actually took the time to figure what was wrong and fix it. This has not been my experience with other handy work companies.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, after I do about $10,000 in labor for a customer, they and their entire family got 10% off labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to the property and walk through the job with the Customer, ask questions and pitch ideas. I then write up an estimate and Email it. If it’s a large estimate, I like to print it out go back to the Customer’s house and sit down and go over it with them so we can make any changes and make sure we’re on the same page. Make myself available to the Customer anytime from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked under professionals in around 10 different fields. Over the course of over 20 years and gained enough knowledge to be framed to finish.
