Mike is one of the most amazing professionals I've ever worked. To get started, this review was long overdue :-) he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and moreover the most fairly priced person I have hired. So my first story is our furnace died out of the blue. We had no heat in the middle of winter and my sons birthday was the next day. I called Mike on a Friday afternoon and he was by within an hour. It was my luck he was in the area. The second time he fixed my air conditioner.

Mike was able to come same-day, which I really needed. He explained what he was doing and discussed possible reasons for the problem. We have a 20 year-old furnace, and other furnace/air conditioning people would have dismissed repairs and gone straight for the "you need a new furnace" line. But Mike was willing to work with what we had. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. When we do need to replace the furnace (which may be sooner than later), we will be going with Mike!
