What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m a small local company so I don’t have the overhead the bigger ones do so I can offer more affordable prices
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m going to come out to the site and speak with them to get an idea about what they may need or want take some notes and measurements usually and make a material list and written estimate of the work to be completed , and the agreement on price . At that point when we both are in agreement we will sign a contract and take a deposit depending on our agreement
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a 40 year old guy that loves the freedom of being able to do things myself and for myself I’ve been doing this stuff my entire life I can do a wide range of things Roofing Metal and standard shingles ,framing ,decks ,floors windows, siding also drainage and driveways, light tree removal
