I wish I could offer more than five stars 100% satisfaction wonderful! The air conditioning stopped working entirely no blower, no fan, no condenser response, even though the thermostat was still calling for cooling. The first thing I addressed was the condensate lift pump, which I thought was seized and had backed up. Replacing it with the new Little Giant was good preventative maintenance, but it turned out not to be the actual cause of the outage. The system still wouldn’t run. A lot of remote troubleshooting followed — theories about the 24V control circuit, the condensate safety float, the blower door interlock switch — but none of those was the real problem, and it took someone on site to find it. That’s where Jerry from Kingdom Air came in, and he was excellent. He traced the issue to its actual source: rodents had chewed clean through the wiring running out to the outdoor condenser unit. Because of how badly the wiring had been bitten, it had fried some components along the way. Jerry replaced the damaged wiring, swapped out the fried components — and remarkably, he had all the parts right there on his truck, so there was no waiting on orders or a second visit. He also took the time to explain effective methods for keeping animals out of the unit in the future. On top of all that, he was punctual to the minute, arriving at 8 AM exactly as promised. It was the kind of service call that actually solves the problem and leaves you better informed than before. No surprise you’re planning to have Kingdom Air back to handle the heat pump conversion — Jerry earned that.
