Shelley came to our facility in Woburn to train us in first aid and cpr. She arrived early and had everything set up and ready to go at our start time. It took a little over 2 hours for the whole thing. I really felt like my employees learned a lot from her. She was very patient and explained things very well. I have already recommended her to our other franchise locations. We all thought she was great!

Great instructor! Was quick, very personable and made sure that you really got what she was explaining. Very knowledgeable in this area and I definitely recommend her if you're really looking in getting CPR certified.
