- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. There are so many different variables to the work that I do, that it makes more sense to adjust the price to the specific situation. This allows me to offer the customer the lowest price which maintains a steady workload for me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a time and date to review the work that needs to be done. I make a stock list and give the customer a copy of my license and insurance. I pull necessary permits with the authority's having jurisdiction. Then I go to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
600 hours of night school 10000 hours of on the job training I passed on the first try the journeyman& master tests. These are each 4.5 hours long. I have my osha ten card I have my hilti card I could go on and on, it takes an incredible amount of training to become a master Electrician.
