- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upfront pricing including parts and labor before work is begun. All repairs include a tune up to the door and opener. This consists of lubrication of all moving parts, minor adjustments and a 20 point safety inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to them about their needs and wants. We then discuss their options and educate them on our products and services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified residential door systems technician. This certification comes from the IDEA ( Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation).
