We had a great experience with Ferreira's Flooring and Tile. From day 1, Jonathan was very responsive to our texts and his level of professionalism is tops. Jonathan did an excellent job installing vinyl plank flooring in our room. He even refunded some of the material costs when he had to swap the original tiles with less expensive ones. His honesty and attention to customer service makes us want to hire him again in the future. He is highly recommended.

Jonathan at Ferreira provided an estimate based on a photos I shared. He answered all my questions and concerns regarding tearing up the wood floor and installing tile. We scheduled the job for the following week. For this small job, I purchased the materials and Jonathan helped me select the products. He pointed me to Floor & Decor and the closest store. The day of the installation, Jonathan met me at 8 am and we reviewed the tile and layout. Then, Andersen arrived and removed the wooden floor and installed the tile. He did an excellent job getting the tile surface level with the existing wood floor. By 2:30 pm, Andersen had finished and cleaned up the area. The whole experience was very positive and I'd would hire Ferreira again with no reservations. Very professional team.
