Emily was a sweetheart! She really saved the day with our last minute booking request -days before our bachelorette weekend -and provided a top notch yoga class experience for everyone. She was so friendly, responsive, accommodating, and made our morning practice so special! I would absolutely book with Emily again.

I began practicing yoga about eight months ago. When this journey began, Emily welcomed me with open arms. She instills confidence and motivation every time you step on the mat. Her words of wisdom and powerful messages leave you feeling empowered. Emily’s passion for sharing her love for yoga is contagious. One class will turn into two and three until you’re practicing everyday sometimes twice a day. On the mat, Emily is patient, energetic and takes the time to make certain you’re aligning your body in the right way.
