- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We listen closely to what you want and need doing. We work hard to make it beautiful and function properly. Our office staff is quick to return phone calls and emails. You will rarely wait more than a day for a response. We stand by our work and strive to complete tasks correctly the first time. We do not cut corners and work hard for complete customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact our customers quickly and can take estimates over the phone with only a few photos of the project area. We can also perform an onsite estimate if necessary. We can get onsite estimates completed within two weeks. We will discuss your job without sales pressure, and the work is scheduled first-come first-serve. Most jobs will be completed within a day, with payment due upon completion. Payment by check is preferred, but we also accept cash or Venmo for free. Credit cards are also accepted with a 3.5% fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate in engineering and 10 years of experience as Owner/Chief Installer for Gutter Done, LLC.
