It’s clear that pricing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Get it right – make it fair and reasonable – and pricing will contribute to customer satisfaction instead of hurting it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before starting a project, we ask that our clients setup a consultation with us so that we can gather your project requirements. Once we receive your requirements we will begin work after an initial deposit is made. For projects under $200, payment must be made in full. Projects higher than $200, can be paid in 2 installments, first payment before work begins, and the final payment after completion of project.
