FAQ A Turnover Cleaning is basic wipe down of surfaces used every day, countertops, stove top, doorhandles, sanitizing of bathroom surfaces, vacuuming and steam cleaning of floors. A Regular Cleaning would have additional time to wipe down other surfaces like book shelfs, light cleaning of window panes and window sills, possible laundry, and floors cleaned. A Deep Cleaning would involve, wiping down of doors, walls the dusting down of base boards, vacuuming out heat registers, cleaning out inside track of windows, ceiling fan cleaning, oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, pulling out and cleaning under stove and refrigerator, scrubbing of tile grout, deep scrubbing of shower or tub fixture. A Turnover Cleaning Quote is based on an already deep cleaned house and you are just maintaining the clean. A Regular Cleaning is a regular maintenance cleaning after some time has passed since a deep cleaning. A Deep Cleaning is to bring a home back to turnover ready and routine cleaning schedule. A Turnover Cleaning [regularly maintained] Quote can range 175-325, 1 bedroom up to 5 bedrooms A Regular Cleaning quote is 375-525, up to 5 bedrooms A Deep Cleaning goes by the day and the time it takes to get it done with a list of cleaning priorities.
