Absolutely love how dedicated Sue is working with me to achieve my goals. She really makes things simple to follow along and apply both in and outside of the session, and really helps you stay on track. The sessions I have participated in so far have really pushed me further than I thought I could go. Like I say to hear, "it's a hurt so good" feeling. :) Couldn't have met a better trainer.

Contact turn around time from Limitless was within the day if not hours. Very accommodating relative to my busy schedule, contract is clear and concise, gym is immaculate and my assigned Trainer is perfect for me.

We offer 3 month contracts and the hourly rates vary based on frequency.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them to learn more about goals, then perform a fitness assessment to determine abilities, then create a custom plan to help meet their fitness goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All trainers are certified and some have advanced degrees in the fitness field. We are constantly educating ourselves through continuing education units and always keeping on top of industry trends.
