My services are tailored to each client based on the current state of their books and the level of ongoing support needed. Monthly bookkeeping is typically a flat monthly fee, and cleanup projects are quoted based on the scope of work. I am always happy to review your current situation and provide a clear, upfront proposal so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep the process simple and structured. We start with a conversation to understand where things currently stand and what support you need. From there, I review your QuickBooks file (or existing records) and outline a clear plan. Once we move forward, I handle the cleanup or monthly bookkeeping work and keep you updated along the way. My goal is to not only get everything accurate but also make sure you feel confident understanding your numbers moving forward.

I primarily work with small business owners, especially service-based businesses, who are either behind in their books or looking for ongoing support to stay organized. Many of my clients come to me during periods of growth or after things have fallen behind and they are ready to get everything cleaned up and back on track.
