Mike showed up on time for the initial appointment and was very helpful in choosing the best fit for the area and use we needed. The installation was done on time and the job came out beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for my next carpeting job.

Mike was amazing! I was in a jam and needed new carpet as soon as possible. I had a tenant that moved out unexpectedly and the place was left in less than acceptable condition. I had a new tenant waiting to move in so I was under a time crunch. To make matters worse I had to stay within a budget and it was the weekend before Thanksgiving. It was the trifecta for disaster!
Before Mike went out to measure I told him about my budget and my time crunch. Neither were an issue. Mike emailed a few carpet samples that were in stock, He had had a carpet cancellation and gave me their spot. From talking with Mike for the first time on Wednesday to them installing the carpet on Saturday everything went flawlessly. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. And it never did.
The carpets looked amazing when done and the quality was better than my expectations. Mike even emailed pictures of the floors once done.
I highly recommend Mike. He exceeded all expectations with both product and service.

Michael showed up on time to go over prices and answered any questions and concerns I had. He was very knowledgeable about his products. The day of the installation, he got right to work and was very professional. The finish work came out better than I imagine. Definitely well use again and would recommend him to others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a complicated pricing system at all. When we tell you an estimate for a carpet per a square yard that includes new pad, carpet , and installation. We don't itemized everything. We keep it simple.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father had a flooring store for over 20 years so when I was growing up I was on jobs starting around the age of 9 picking up scraps. Then when I got older I enjoyed doing it and now my father and I are together as a team and have over 30 years of experience of residential and commercial jobs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Recently we have done quite a bit of basements with water pumps exploding, which is normal in the frigid winter. We have done a string of new construction condo the last 3 months. Also we have done a lot of rentals with our in-stock materials for people that need a job done fast and affordable.
