What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just graduated May 2011 from the University of New Hampshire with a PhD in Systems Engineering. I also have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A customer should look for creativity, passion, and an extremely broad set of skills that's able to deliver services quickly and efficiently, with low overhead.
