Nick was quick to respond, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The required part was not readily available so he did a ‘band aid’ and told us it’s not a reliable situation that he would do his best to locate the part ASAP. He left. Few minutes later we were without heat again and we called him. He said he was 25 minutes out that he would come back. Sure enough he was in and got the system going again. Gave us a few suggestions, he left assuring us he will do his best to get the part needed. Hoping for the next day (Friday), worst case scenario after the weekend. Sure enough the next day he was here with the part after driving to two different supply houses whose inventory was not quite accurate. He went above and beyond. Great job. Highly recommend.
