If you are looking to train with me in Person at the Gym you will need to become a member at Vanguard Key Clubs as I am only training Vanguard Key Clubs Members out of these Vanguard Key Clubs locations listed below

Our first initial meeting together will be a free consultation, which includes a movement screen.
This then allows me to be able to give you the attention and detail for a customized program based on your body’s specific goals and requirements to help aide you in achieving proper daily movement
A little bit about me
I started lifting weights when I was 13 years old and haven’t stopped since it became a passion and is now my profession. After graduating Exeter High School early in 2007 I immediately enrolled in The National Personal Training Institute out of Orlando Florida and completed a 4 Month 500 hour Course of hands on training to achieve my Master PT Certification.
One of the many reasons I enjoy working with clients is because of the positive results they achieve, not only physically, but mentally. Helping clients work on Health and fitness goals and being a part of their journey to feel amazing is truly a rewarding experience.
I am fortunate to be able to share my passion for health and fitness and getting to know the many clients in the community as well as assisting them in realizing their limitless potential!
