Welcome to American Made Property Services LLC! We proudly serve both commercial and residential clients with a comprehensive range of asphalt maintenance services. Our offerings include sealcoating to protect and prolong the life of your pavement, crack repair to prevent further damage, and pothole repair for safe and smooth driving. We also provide resurfacing services to restore your driveways.
In addition to our asphalt services, we offer power washing, demolition, junk removal, tree services, and snow plowing to meet all your property maintenance needs.
Please note that while we provide a wide variety of services, we do not install new driveways.

I must say that I was nervous about picking a reliable contractor to seal and coat my 12,000 s.f. asphalt parking lot. After choosing American Made Property services, Joe answered every question and concern I had about the process. He guaranteed the sustainability of the materials and quality of work. Joe completed the work in less than a week at the originally quoted price. This was extremely important to me! Their team promptly returned my calls and emails, answered all my questions thoroughly, and provided a detailed, transparent quote. They also scheduled the service at a time that was convenient for me and kept me informed every step of the way.. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time and prepared. They took great care in prepping the driveway, ensuring it was clean and free of debris before applying the sealcoat. The application process was efficient and meticulous, with the team paying close attention to edges and ensuring an even coat throughout. My driveway now looks brand new, with a smooth, even finish that enhances the curb appeal of my home. The sealcoat has significantly improved the appearance and is clearly going to extend the lifespan of my driveway.
