Contractor showed up exactly on time, was very polite and re-keyed locks without issue. I had a new door knob I was about to install and he installed it for me in just a few minutes. All locks are very smooth and all doors latch properly. Bill was exactly as quoted online.

We are a business in Wolfeboro, NH and this morning when I tried to get into the office the lock wouldn't open! Finally, after jiggling and praying, the door finally opened but I knew it was time to call in the professionals. I looked up a locksmith online and A&B popped up. I called them and on the second ring the owner answered. He was so kind and took my information and problem and said he would be by TODAY! He showed up not even three hours later walked in told us what we needed to do and voila! He was super conscious about not selling us what we didnt need. Was able to replace the battery in one digital lock and replace the handle so it will work. Then, the most magnificent of all, he fixed a door that was completely unusable before and made us keys to it so that we would have a working second entrance for fire purposes!!!! WE ARE SO THRILLED WITH THE WORK!!! The cost was incredibly reasonable and the owner is a peach. We felt so comfortable with him working here and we will be telling everyone how happy we are with the work, the cost and the professionalism. Thank you A&B Locksmith!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the scale and type of project a free estimate and walk through is always suggested to properly quote the job. Almost all locksmith hardware is stocked in any of our 4 service vans ready for a quick and proper finish to your job. We always want to make sure the customer is up to speed on status of the project to make for a smooth translation from design to install.
