Brian gave us an estimate within 24 hours of contacting him. The work he completed was done in a timely manner. Dealing with mold was a rather scary issue but I was quickly put at ease with the knowledge Brian had and the equipment he used to take care of the issue.

After attempting to tackle a mold/mildew problem in our attic, I decided it would be best handled by a professional with the right equipment, materials, and experience.
We found RemSafe Restorations on Thumbtack and I contacted Brian for an inspection and estimate. He immediately replied and said he'd be able to take a look at it that early evening.
I was discouraged by my attempt at cleaning up, but Brian set my mind at ease and assured me it could be successfully remediated.
After his inspection, he left and e-mailed me with a quote that same evening. It seemed reasonable and fair to me after spending several hours trying myself and making little progress.
He offered an additional preventative treatment with a 10 year guarantee which I did not hesitate to go for.
Brian showed up at 7:30 AM within 4 days of our initial contact.
First day was the removal treatment.
Second day was the preventative.
I am so pleased with the results. The area is fresh and clean smelling, no mess, and no disruption of our daily routine.
Brian is a true professional with a great attitude and very pleasant to work with.

We used Rem Safe for help with an apartment that had a severe odor from tenants smoking. Prior to their work, the apartment was not habitable. It took 3 days for them to get the job done but it is now rented again. Brian was very professional and responsive. We are very pleased with their work. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting an understanding of what the issues are. Is it an emergency? is the work being covered by insurance? etc. scheduling a time for an inspection. Provide a quote in a timely manner. Answer any questions and finalize a start date. The process of the work being performed is documented with pictures and specialized equipment. Communication is key and customers are kept up to date on the project for the duration of the project. Satisfaction guaranteed!
