Cyndee went above and beyond while preparing for and catering our wedding. The food tasted amazing, it was presented perfectly, and she and her staff were exceptional! We would hire her again in a heartbeat!!

White Birch was great to work with start to finish! I was hosting my first in person meeting in what felt like FOREVER. I needed to feed people but still not have a buffet so we could stay distanced. Cyndee helped me choose options for everyone with a mix of sandwiches and salads all individually packaged and labeled so people only took the one that they wanted. The portions were generous and delicious! At the last minute I realized that our cafe at the office is technically closed and that is where the drinks were! I called and they were able add bottled drinks to the order. I normally would do an afternoon break too but we were trying to limit the time together so they suggested some wrapped cookies that if someone needed a lil snack or take one to go they could. They were a HUGE hit and she said they can even have custom ones in the future. I will definitely be using them again.
