- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is transparent and discussed upfront after a professional diagnostic. There are no hidden fees. I focus on honest recommendations and only suggest repairs that make sense for the customer’s situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the issue and scheduling a service visit. During the appointment, I perform a professional diagnostic, explain my findings, and review available options before any work is done. My goal is to help customers make informed decisions without pressure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am EPA Section 608 certified and trained to safely handle refrigerants. My experience comes from continuous hands-on work with HVAC systems and household appliances, combined with ongoing learning in diagnostics and modern equipment.
