Dmytro was fantastic to work with. We had three separate appliance issues — a stove burner that wouldn't light, a refrigerator ice maker that stopped working, and what we thought was a dishwasher connection problem — and he diagnosed and fixed all three in a single visit, the same day we scheduled.

I reached out knowing the water pump on my washer needed to be replaced. I had a conversation with one of the repair technicians, and they informed me they could order the part and be out the day they received the part. I contacted them on a Monday, and the repair was completed that Wednesday. There was a delay in their arrival, but they were respectful of my time and communicated they delay in a timely fashion. I was not present for the actual repair, but my parents said the tech was very respectful of their home and communicated well of all the things that needed to be done.
