i had an unexpected situation over labor day weekend and Eric responded right away! he was also very accommodating and flexible with my limited timeframe. he stayed in communication with me and reminded me of the furniture pickup the day before its scheduled date. i am very grateful that he was an honest and competent businessman..

I took a chance on Thumbtack, having never used the app before, and reached out to EMX2 to clean out my Grandmother’s house to prepare it for eventual sale. I had a response the same day, and Eric came to the property the very next day! In addition, he immediately gave me a quote, and one week later, he and his crew arrived on the site and cleaned it out perfectly in a very short amount of time. They were all very hard workers, polite and focused on the job. Such nice people! It made a difficult (and emotional) task much easier to do. My family was very impressed.
