This was my first time ever hiring a private chef and Chef Jay made it such a wonderful experience! He arrived promptly at 630 for prep and was unbelievably friendly, professional and accommodating. The food was a delicious blend of Italian and French dishes. I was quite impressed with how comfortable I was having someone cook while I entertained my guests and that was all because of Chef Jay. I fully intend on hiring him for more dinner parties now that I’ve fallen in love with hosting dinner parties. I look forward to seeing what other delicious delicacies Chef Jay brings to the table! Working with Chef Jay exceeded our expectations for our special occasion dinner, an A++ experience overall. Communication was very good and his pre dinner deliverables were timely. Professional approach to menu design and made thoughtful suggestion based upon dietary constraints and favorite ingredients. Arrived early to the party for prep and finish, worked very well with staff. Very personable and positive, hospitality for guests was warm and engaging. Food execution was excellent given a non pro kitchen 👍😁 we will be working with Jay again.

I am just speechless about Chef Jay! In a middle of a pandemic, I was able to book him quickly. He responded quickly to ALL my messages! He made it easy to arrange my boyfriend’s surprise birthday party, he worked with me every step of the way esp when it came to building the menu. I told him what I wanted and special request, he was able to fulfill it. I haven’t even gotten to the cooking! Oh my goodness, I’m drooling just thinking about it again. If only I can record the aroma from the kitchen, it’d have you putting Chef Jay’s number on speed dial. He’s definitely on mine!! I’ll just let you enjoy the view, I’m adding the pictures!!!! Thank you again Chef Jay! Everyone enjoyed the food and your company! You’re the best and we will definitely see each other soon!
