- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Especially with the type of services I provide, every job is completely different and jobs can vary greatly on price depending on what the customer's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, I would go to the location of the job in order to see the exact scope of the job, and provide customer with an estimate. If the job is awarded to us, I do everything in my power to make sure the customer is satisfied, usually going above and beyond the normal scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess a Massachusetts 2A hoisting license which allows me to operate any type of equipment on a customer's property.
