Peony & the Bee Yoga

Introduction: I combine my knowledge of the human body with my understanding of the human experience every time I step on the mat. My focus is therapeutic and yoga for oncology. My training as a physical therapist will help keep you safe. I am a vinyasa and restorative trained teacher with deep experience in the areas of yoga for trauma, PTSD, grief, anxiety. I treat adults and children. I am a Reiki Level Two Practitioner and work both hands on or hands off depending on your comfort.
