I provide BLS, CPR AED, First Aid, Babysitting, and safety courses through American Heart Association (AHA) and American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI). Open enrollment community courses are held in my Hampton, NH classroom or I can provide courses to your business, practice, or organization at your location. Courses can be taken as full classroom courses or as a blended course; an online class with a shorter hands-on skills session. I'm a former Firefighter/EMT, mom of 4, and have been an instructor for over 15 years. I firmly believe that we all have the ability to help someone in an emergency with basic First Aid and CPR AED skills. From time to time I hear back from participants in my classes who have successfully used the skills that I have taught them. Whether it is a minor injury or they successful helped someone who was choking or performed CPR. These success stories let me know I am offering a valuable service in teaching CPR and First aid.

Gail provided us with the class information quickly and sent very specific and comprehensive instructions, directions and FAQ's about what we should expect from the training. As an instructor, she was easy to follow and I left the class confident and having no questions.

My son and I took the First Aid and CPR/AED at the Dover Point Rd office shared with a dance class. Both courses were three hours each. We enjoyed the interactive learning between instructor and students. The pace was kept engaging and informative where we could ask questions at any time. Real life examples were shared. Perhaps to avoid embarrassment a dummy could be used to point out parts of the body? She is a great teacher with lots of experience. Would definitely like to take a course from her again.

This was an excellent and comprehensive class. Gail has invested in Bluetooth technology so that one can in real time watch on an IPad the depth and rate of your CPR compressions, which was a first for me. She made the class fun.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For private or business classes that are held on location I charge a flat rate to provide a course that includes the first 4 participants. There is acharge for each additional participant after the first 4 up to a max of 12. Course charge includes books and supplies. For open enrollment classes the cost per person is based on supplies need, length of the course and the rental fees to use the location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Open enrollment student can register through my website. For onsite classes please email or call me to schedule your class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a former Firefighter/EMT. I attend forums, webinars, and courses to maintain current with updates in BLS, CPR, and First Aid.
